
Once matched the song will have various Ids added meaning that a rematch will ignore those already matched but you can change this by disabling Preferences:MusicBrainz:Automatch:Do not match if has a MB recording Id. I'm suprised you say Jaikoz misidentifies, do you mean right song wrong album if so I suspect this is due to your workaround of matching one song at a time because this gives Jaikoz less contextual information to work with. Not seeming to match to MusicBrainz Album only Discogs when songs have good metadata but not album folders.

Your tracks are matched with MusicBrainz before theyre edited only if it cannot find a song online will Jaikoz apply an offline algorithm, all the time giving you feedback and control over the process. When it matches songs individually but not at one time it is usually because it has incorrectly assumed a random folder is an album folder, to get round this just disable the Preferences:Remote Correct:Only allow matches if all songs in grouping matched option. This means that it generally assumes a folder represents an album and only allow match if all songs in that folder match to that album, it does make exceptions for folders of random songs but sometimes it is difficult to for it to work out if a folder represents an album or not. It seems unlikely this would be the situation with the majority of your files but it is the case with these. Note that songs matched to a MusicBrainz song only or a Discogs album are not ignored.


By default Jaikoz does release based matching. Unfortunately I have checked ten songs at random from these 50 songs in every case the only instance of that song in MusicBrainz is a Various Artists compilation so there is nothing else it can match it to. SongKong can even match songs that have no metadata using audio.
